Art, technology and experimentation through collaborative projects

INFOLIPO

Description

As of 2023, I serve as the President of the INFOLIPO association, where I have been an active member since 2022. INFOLIPO explores the intersections of art, technology, and experimentation through collaborative projects. In my role, I oversee and contribute to initiatives like drawing robots, experimental music, and interactive installations.

Laboratoire de Recherche – Ensemble Contrechamps

One notable contribution was during the Laboratoire de Recherche with Ensemble Contrechamps, where I used Max to analyze the pitch and sound properties of instruments (cello and clarinet). This data was streamed via a Wi-Fi network to control sound-reactive devices, such as:

  • Motorized Hands – Designed by artist Hsuan Lee, these devices translated musical properties into physical gestures of mechanical hands.
  • Analog Plotter Device – An old plotting machine repurposed by Hubertus Mueller to create real-time visual designs influenced by sound.

Through INFOLIPO, I collaborate with artists, musicians, and technologists to push the boundaries of creative expression, blending technical expertise with artistic innovation.
