Description
Is an experimental improvisation trio based in Geneva, weaving together noise, modular synths, electronics and guitar to craft raw, immersive soundscapes. Rooted in the diverse cultural influences of Chile and Russia, our music is a fusion of unpredictable textures and bold creativity.
The trio — comprising Jorge Care (Chile) and Sergei Leonov (Russia), composers from the Haute École de Musique (HEM), and myself, Pedro Espinosa (Chile) — came together in Geneva with a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of sound and improvisation. Each performance is a unique exploration of sonic possibilities, where tradition and experimentation collide to create something new.
Krishagatos
We released our debut album, Krishagatos, in July 2023. Available on all major streaming platforms, the album captures the essence of our creative process—merging modular synths, guitars, and electronics into dynamic and unpredictable soundscapes.
Krishagatos embodies the fusion of our diverse cultural roots. The name itself is drawn from this interplay, combining elements of our shared linguistic and cultural heritage.
