Gesture-Controlled Soundscapes

Gesture-Controlled Soundscapes
In this project, I designed a system using an accelerometer and Arduino to capture the hand movements of a cellist and translate them into real-time sound effects. The cellist’s gestures modulate both the cello and clarinet sounds, creating a dynamic interaction between movement and music. This setup allows for expressive sound modulation, where the physical performance becomes an integral part of the auditory experience, blurring the lines between instrument, gesture, and sound.
